Bruntwood Works

Google 360 & Custom Tour

One of our longest ongoing relationships showcasing commercial property for one of the UK's largest developers.

What started with a single property photoshoot at Manchester One in 2012 has lead to the completion of almost 50 different virtual tours for Bruntwood across sites located in Manchester, Warrington, Blackburn Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham. As Bruntwood and it’s various divisions (Bruntwood Works, Bruntwood Scitech & Alderley Park) have grown, we’ve expanded with them in order to showcase their workspace to over a million potential tenants on Google Maps.

Bruntwood have also integrated their own custom interface into their website to further streamline the virtual viewing process. Our deliverables have helped more than just professionals find high quality office space, but also stores and food retailers at find commercially available space at the popular Hatch destination in central Manchester, a unique concept that houses small businesses within converted shipping containers similar to the popular Boxpark locations in Shoreditch and Dubai.

As with all of our clients, we’ve kept in touch with staff members who have moved to new roles within other companies and continued to work with these for their 360 and virtual tour needs.

Three Million Views!

Each of the 50 different Bruntwood properties we’ve captured has averaged around 70,000 virtual visits via their Google My Business Local Listing, plus countless more via their website, making it an incredibly visible tool that helps their asset managers find tenants over both short and long term periods.

Mapping Business Parks

While Rochdale 360 became the first town-wide virtual tour, our work with Bruntwood Scitech became a precursor to this approach having a series of mini experiences brought together into a single interface. Each of the individual buildings have their own 360 walkthrough for Google Maps as well as a custom built interactive tour allowing potential tenants to explore the entire campus, which you can view here – Bruntwood Virtual Tour
